Custom Culinary, Inc.’s Russ Ferreira Honored with Recent Awards

National Accounts Manager Russ Ferreira, AOS Culinary Arts, of Custom Culinary® was recently awarded the Chef of the Year Award and the President’s Award by the American Culinary Federation, Rhode Island Chapter.

The Chef of the Year Award is awarded to individuals within the chapter that strive for the highest level of excellence in all areas of chapter life, serving their members and their communities well, and supporting ACF’s programs. 

The President’s Award was given to Russ and a group of others who helped coordinate the AFC Northeast Regional Conference in Providence, Rhode Island. The Rhode Island Chapter hosted the event, Russ had the responsibility of running the Chapter’s Hospitality Booth for the Conference.

Russ Ferreira has been a member of the American Culinary Federation, Rhode Island Chapter, for the past five years. This year he has taken on the roll as Chapter Secretary.
