Amount Ingredients
Siracha Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce:
2 lbs. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup Siracha Sauce
3 each Large Sea Scallops, 2 oz., Raw
4 Tbsp. Siracha Flavored Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce (See Recipe Instructions Below)

Recommended Product: 9676 Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce


  1. To make Siracha Flavored Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce: Blend Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce and siracha sauce. Cover and refrigerate until needed for up to 5 days.
  2. Mark each scallop on a char-grill.
  3. Remove to pan and coat with Siracha Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

Optional Ingredients: Serve over 4 oz. cooked chinese noodles and 3 oz. lime-seasoned steamed broccoli and vegetables.

Chef's Tips

Substitute shellfish, fin fish, beef steak, pork or chicken for scallops. Serve with grilled rustic garlic bread.
