2 Tbsp. Vegetable or Peanut Oil
4 oz. Chicken Breast, Boneless, Thin Sliced
2 Tbsp. Thai Red Peppers, Fine Sliced
2 Tbsp. Green Peppers, Fine Sliced
2 Tbsp. Red Onion, Thin Sliced
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce
3 oz. Lemon White Rice, Hot

Directions

  1. Sauté chicken in oil over high heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add pepper and onions. Cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Toss and evenly coat mixture with Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce.
  4. Serve hot mixture over lemon white rice or noodles of your choice.

Chef's Tips

Add fresh lemon juice or pureed lemongrass to your favorite rice recipe. Substitute any meat fish, shellfish or tofu for chicken.
