Ingredients

1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce
2 Tbsp. Honey
8 oz. Fried Popcorn Style Chicken
2 oz. Rice Noodles
2 Tbsp. Confetti Cut Fresh Vegetables (For Color)
2 each Scallion Flowers

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, blend Gold Label Thai Red Curry Sauce and honey.
  2. Toss fried, hot, fully cook popcorn style chicken with Honey Flavored Thai Red Curry Sauce. Evenly coat all pieces.
  3. Place on rice noodles, garnish with confetti cut vegetables and scallion flowers.

Chef's Tips

Popcorn shrimp or batter fried vegetables are also great alternative variations.
