Wasabi Ginger Ponzu BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup Prepared Smoky BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 cups Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce
8 oz. Bone-In Pork Chop, Char-Grill Marked
4 Tbsp. Wasabi Ginger Ponzu BBQ Sauce

  1. To make Wasabi Ginger Ponzu BBQ Sauce: Blend Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce and BBQ Sauce
  2. Coat grill marked pork chop with Wasabi Ginger Ponzu BBQ Sauce.
  3. Bake in 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes.

Optional Ingredients: Serve with 3 oz. white rice and vegetables (chopped carrots and green onions) and 3 oz. ginger stir-fried vegetables (fresh ginger and choice of fresh vegetables - red pepper, celery, carrots, pead pods, and broccoli)

Chef's Tips

Substitute beef steak, fresh fish or shrimp for pork chop.
