Amount Ingredients
1 gal. Water, Hot
28 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Lobster Bisque Soup Starter
1 qt. Potatoes, Peeled, Medium Diced, Cooked
2 cups Lobster, Cooked, Chopped

Recommended Product: 1305 Whisk & Serve® Lobster Bisque Soup Starter


  1. In a 6-8 quart soup pot over medium high heat, heat water to a minimum of 190°F. Turn off heat and gradually add one (28 oz.) bag of Whisk & Serve® Lobster Bisque Soup Starter into the hot water, whisking thoroughly until thick and smooth.
  2. Let stand 2-3 minutes to fully thicken.
  3. Add cooked potatoes. Gently blend.
  4. Add all seafood meat to soup or portion 1/2 oz. (approx. 1 Tbsp.) of cooked lobster meat to each serving.

Chef's Tips

Can substitute other seafood for lobster to make a seafood chowder. Use locally available potatoes - Fingerling, Yukon Gold, Red Bliss potatoes, etc. For a richer consistency and flavor, substitute water with milk or cream.
