2 qt. Half and Half
20 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter
3 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base

  1. In a 2 gallon sauce pot over medium high heat combine water, cream, and Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup and Sauce Starter, blend thoroughly with a wire whip.
  2. Bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes, stir occasionally until fully thickened.
  3. Add Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base.
  4. Hold warm or chill until needed.

Chef's Tips

Can substitute Gold Label Vegetable, Mushroom, Lobster, Shimp or Clam for Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base.
