Amount Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken Wings, Cut into Drumettes and Flats
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
1 tsp. Water
1/4 cup. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Basil, Dry
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cup Grana Padano Cheese, Shredded

Recommended Product: 9815 Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate

  1. In a large bowl, using a rubber spatula, mash together the Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate and water to dilute the base. Whisk in the olive oil, basil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Grill the wings over high heat until cooked through. (see Chef’s Tips below)
  3. Transfer the hot wings to bowl with oil and herb mixture. Toss to combine. Add in parmesan cheese and toss again to evenly coat wings in cheese. Transfer to a serving tray and serve immediately.

Chef's Tips

In lieu of grilling the wings may be baked fully in a 450°F oven. • For tailgaiting convenience, the wings can be par-baked, then finished on the grill • The wings can also be deep-fried at 350°F.
