4 ounces Mushrooms, Sliced
2 ounces Dry Sherry
1 quart Custom Culinary® Pan Roast Low Sodium Chicken Gravy, Prepared
To Taste White Pepper, Ground

Directions

  1. Heat butter over medium heat. Add shallots and mushrooms and sauté until tender, without browning.
  2. Deglaze with the sherry.
  3. Add the prepared gravy. Heat thoroughly and season with the white pepper.
