1 Tbsp Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Chipotle Flavor Concentrate
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Lime Juice, Fresh
2 tsp Oregano, Dried
2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Black Pepper, ground
1 1/2 cups Flat Leaf Parsley, Fresh, Stemmed, Chopped
1 1/2 cups Cilantro leaves, chopped

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Refrigerate for up to one day for best flavor.
  3. For freshest result, process all ingredients except parsley and cilantro, and hold in refrigerator. Finish with the herbs just before service.
