Amount Ingredients
3 .2 g PanRoast® Low Sodium Country Gravy - Dry Mix
1 .5 oz Fresh Boneless, Skinless Fish, Cut into ¾ oz. Strips
1 tsp Vegetable or Canola Oil

Recommended Product: 1718 PanRoast® Low Sodium Country Gravy Mix


  1. Evenly coat both ¾ oz. pcs. of fish with PanRoast® Low Sodium Country Gravy mix.
  2. To Cook: Heat Teflon Pan over medium high heat, lightly coat with oil. Pan-sear fish 20-30 seconds on each side until golden brown and your desired doneness.
  3. Large Quantity Method: Follow above instructions and cook the protein 85%. Remove and chill, place on sheet pans. Reheat to finish in 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.

Chef's Tips

Any vegetable or protein may be used for this technique creating a complete seasoned Low Sodium, Gluten Free coating. To exactly control added fat, use cooking oil spray rather than vegetable oil.
