Chipotle Spiced Caramel Sauce:
1 1/2 oz. Prepared Caramel Sauce
1/4 tsp Custom Culinary® Masters Touch® Chipotle Flavor Concentrate
Components:
6 oz. Tres Leche or Rich Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
1/2 cup Fresh Mango, Peeled, Small Diced
1 Tbsp. Cocoa Nibs or Shaved Dark Chocolate
1/8 cup Cashews
1 1/2 oz. Prepared Chipotle Spiced Caramel Sauce
1 ea. Fresh Mint Sprig

Directions

  1. To Prepare Chipotle Spiced Caramel Sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, blend the Caramel Sauce and Masters Touch® Chipotle Flavor Concentrate. For best blend of flavors, prepare in advance and hold refrigerated at least 1 hour before service.
  2. Build the Sundae in a Classic Sundae Bowl or in your personal style.

Chef's Tips

Substitute, any fresh berry in season, grilled pineapple or papaya for mango. Substitute chocolate sauce for caramel sauce (Chipotle Chocolate or Fudge Sauce). Substitute any of the Masters Touch® Flavor Concentrates for the Chipotle for additional signature Sweet / Heat Dessert Sauces.
