Amount Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Chipotle Flavor Concentrate
2 cups Pumpkin Seeds, Shelled, Unsalted

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, blend vegetable oil and Master's Touch® Chipotle Flavor Concentrate with a wire whip.
  2. Add pumpkin seeds and evenly coat all seeds.
  3. In a large sauté pan, over medium high heat, add seasoned pumpkin seeds and cook 5-8 minutes until golden to toasted.
  4. Remove from stove and place in a container, cool.
  5. Cover until service.
  6. For Larger Amounts, toss the seeds with seasoning and place on a foil lined sheet pan and toast in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes until golden color.

Chef's Tips

This Spiced Pumpkin Seed Technique can be used for any of the Masters Touch® Flavor Concentrates. Substitute your favorite shelled unsalted nuts for the Pumpkin Seeds.
