Amount Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Corn
1 cup Diced Green Pepper
1 cup Diced Onion
15 oz. Drained Canned Black Beans
4 oz. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate
Sriracha Lime Dipping Sauce:
1 cup Ketchup
1 oz. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate

  1. To make meatloafs, blend all ingredients in a mixer with the paddle attachment on low speed until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into two bread loaf pans.
  3. Bake at 375° F for 55 minutes, or until internal temperature is 165° F.
  4. Sriracha Lime Dipping Sauce: Blend ketchup and Master's Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate. Serve with meatloaf as a dipping sauce.

Chef's Tips

The colder and leaner the beef is the less shrinkage will occur. Alternate preparation - roll the mixture into meatballs and serve as a passed appetizer with the Sriracha Lime ketchup mixture as a dipping sauce.
