1 1/2 oz. Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy, Prepared, Hot
2 oz. Smoky BBQ Pork, Pulled, Chunk Style, Hot
1 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce
1 Tbsp. Green Onions, Sliced Thin

  1. Place the hot French fries into a serving bowl or lined basket.
  2. Drizzle hot PanRoast® Brown Gravy over the fries.
  3. Add hot BBQ pulled pork.
  4. Drizzle the warm Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce.
  5. Top with the green onions and serve immediately.

Chef's Tips
