Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
1/2 cup Red Skin Potatoes, Large Diced, Cooked
1/4 cup Onions, Medium Diced
1/4 cup Spinach, Fresh
1/4 cup Fava or Cannellini Beans, Cooked
1/8 cup Asiago or Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa
3 ea. Eggs, Scrambled, Cooked

Recommended Product: 9678 Gold Label Harissa

Directions

  1. Sauté potatoes, onions and spinach for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add Fava beans and hot, cooked scrambled eggs. Toss quickly.
  3. Place egg mixture in a hot iron skillet or casserole dish.
  4. Top with cheese and drizzle with Gold Label Harissa.
  5. Place in 350°F oven or under broiler to melt cheese.

Chef's Tips

Garnish with your choice of fine green onion or chopped fresh herbs. Add grilled meats, your favorite sausage or vegetables as desired.
