Amount Ingredients
2 quarts Water, Warm 100°F
2 quarts Heavy Cream
12 oz. Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Chicken Gravy

Recommended Product: 1783 PanRoast® Chicken Flavored Gravy Mix


  1. In a 6 quart sauce pot over medium high heat, warm water and cream for 1 min. Do not boil.
  2. Gradually add 1 full 12 oz. bag of PanRoast® Chicken Gravy whisking thoroughly.
  3. Bring to a boil stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot or chill quickly to below 45°F and refrigerate until needed.

Chef's Tips

For unique seasoned Supreme Sauce add your choice of Masters Touch® Ancho, Chipotle, Southwest, Roasted Garlic or Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrates to your desired flavor intensity. For leaner version Substitute Heavy Cream with Half and Half or Whole Milk.
