1 1/2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy, Prepared, Hot
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate
48 oz. Pulled Pork, Cooked, Hot
24 ea. 5-6" Corn or Flour Tortillas, Warm
48 oz. Grapefruit Jicama Slaw
24 oz. Avocado Lime Crema

Recommended Products: 1766 PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy Mix, 5209 Master’s Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate


  1. 1 In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, Blend prepared PanRoast® Pork Gravy with Master's Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate and hot pulled pork, reduce heat and simmer 5-8 minutes to fully infuse the flavors. Remove from heat and hold warm.
  2. Place 2 ea. 6" tortillas on a plate. Top each with 2 oz. hot sriracha lime pulled pork in sauce.
  3. Top each with 2 oz. grapefruit jicama slaw.
  4. Drizzle each with 1 oz. of avocado lime crema.

Chef's Tips

For a signature seasoned Au Jus add your choice of Masters Touch® Ancho, Chipotle, Southwest or Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrates to your desired flavor intensity.
