Ancho Chili Gravy

2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Ancho Flavor Concentrate
1 1/2 cups Chicken and Chorizo Tinga

  1. To prepare Ancho Chili Gravy, whisk the PanRoast® Chicken Flavored Gravy Mix and the Master's Touch® Ancho Flavor Concentrate until they are well combined.
  2. To prepare chicken tostadas, assemble each tostada in the following order: 1 ea. tostada shell, 0.5 cup of chicken and chorizo tinga, 3 ea. avocado slices, 1 Tbsp. pickled onions, 2 Tbsp. Ancho Chili Gravy, and 1 Tbsp. of cilantro.
