2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Beef Stock Concentrate
1/4 cup Olive OIl
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Garlic, Minced
1 Tbsp. Ginger
1 cup Green Onions, Sliced Thin
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper, Fresh Ground
1 quart Shiitake Mushrooms, Sliced
1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations Vegetable Stock Concentrate
2 cups Polenta

Recommended Product: 6811 Gold Label True Foundations™ Beef Liquid Stock Concentrate


  1. Combine Gold Label True Foundations™ Beef Stock Concentrate, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and green onions with hanger steak. Let marinade overnight.
  2. Season with salt and pepper then grill to medium rare.
  3. Saute mushrooms in oil and glaze with Gold Label True Foundations™ Vegetable Stock Concentrate.
  4. Make polenta according to package instructions. Substitute Gold Label True Foundations™ Vegetable Stock Concentrate (2 tsp : 8 oz water) for liquid in polenta method.
