2 lbs. Chicken Thighs, Sliced into Strips
3/4 lbs. Red, Yellow, Green Bell Peppers, Cut into Strips
1/2 lbs. Shiitake Mushrooms, Sliced
1 oz. Garlic, Smashed
4 oz. Onion
Marinade for Chicken
16 fl. oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Chicken Stock Concentrate
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Gochujang Sauce
3 cups Pasta

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients for marinade; add half to chicken and marinade in fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Drain and sauté chicken. Set aside.
  3. Sauté vegetables, add remaining sauce along with chicken.
  4. Add in precooked pasta.
