Amount Ingredients
2 cups Pork, Trimmed, Boneless, Cooked, Diced
1/2 cup Passport Global Flavors™ by Custom Culinary® Thai Style Vegetable Broth
8 cups Rice, Prepared, Chilled
1/2 cup Green Thai or Serrano Chili, Fine Diced, Cooked
2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1/4 cup Lime Juice, Fresh
1/2 cup Cilantro, Chopped
1/2 cup Green Onions, Thin Sliced
10 ea. Eggs, Prepared as Desired

  1. In a food processor, pulse-grind the pork until course texture.
  2. In a saute pan over medium high heat, heat the rice in the Tonkotsu Ramen Pork Broth until hot.
  3. Add ground pork and Thai chilies. Toss until evenly blended and heated.
  4. Add fish sauce, toss to season.
  5. For each portion, finish with 1 Tbsp. of lime juice, cilantro, and green onion. Top with either poached or over easy egg.
