1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
1 cup Shallots, Minced
1 cup Serrano Chilis, Steamed, Minced
4 oz. Butter
8 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Shrimp Base
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Cloves
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped
1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
8 Red Bell Pepper, Diced 1/2"
8 Green Bell pepper, Diced 1/2"
8 Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced 1/2"
4 lbs. Butternut Squash, Diced 1/2"
3 lbs. Red Skin Potato, Quartered
2 gal. Water
1 gal. Coconut Milk
9 lbs. Shrimp, 16-20, Grilled

  1. In a 4 gallon sauce pot or 5 gallon steam jacketed kettle melt butter over medium high heat. Add Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate, shallots and chilis. Sauté 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add Gold Label Shrimp Base, cinnamon, cloves, soy sauce, cilantro and curry. Gently boil 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add diced bell peppers, squash and potatoes. Sauté 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add water and coconut milk. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and gently boil 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Arrange 3 grilled shrimp in soup bowl. Ladle soup into bowls.
