Amount Ingredients
1/2 oz. Custom Culinry® Gold Label Shrimp Base
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 lb. Salad Shrimp, Cooked
1 cup Celery, Fine Diced
2 Tbsp. Scallions, Diced
3 oz. Pimentos, Diced
2 Eggs, Hard Boiled, Chopped
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Bread Crumbs
1 Lemon, Juiced
1/4 tsp. Dill
1/2 tsp. Capers

  1. Mix Gold Label Shrimp Base with mayonnaise until thoroughly blended.
  2. Combine all ingredients together. Let chill 2 hours.
