Directions
- In an 8 quart sauce pot over medium high heat, sauté onions and garlic in oil for one minute until onions are translucent.
- Add beef and Gold Label Beef Base, stirring occasionally, until beef is fully cooked.
- Add Gold Label Demi-Glace Sauce; blend thoroughly and bring to a boil.
- Pour mixture into a steam table pan and cover.
- Place into 350° F oven for 40 minutes or until beef is tender.
