Amount Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
4 each Individual Cuban Bread Rolls, Sliced
12 oz. Pulled Pork (Previously Braised in Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce)
12 oz. Smoked Ham, Thinly Sliced
8 oz. Swiss Cheese
4 oz. Dill Pickles, Sliced Lengthwise
4 Tbsp. Butter

  1. Prepare sandwich spread: Combine Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce with mayonnaise and set aside.
  2. On each Cuban roll, spread 1-1/2 Tbsp. of the mayonnaise mixture. Then, place the following: 3 oz. each of cooked pulled pork and ham, 2 oz. Swiss cheese, and 1 oz. sliced dill pickles.
  3. Close the sandwiches and spread the outsides (top and bottom) with butter.
  4. Place the sandwiches in a hot sandwich press and cook until heated through and nicely toasted. Serve hot.

Chef's Tips

This is a variation of a classic Cuban sandwich which is made with roasted pork, ham, cheese, pickles and mustard. Sandwiches can be made in advance, then buttered and grilled to cook.
