Directions
- Mix flour and pepper. Dredge beef in flour, coating thoroughly. Shake off excess flour.
- In a large braising pan, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Brown beef pieces evenly. Pour off excess oil. Place browned beef in a roasting pan with a lid.
- Heat Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce and Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce. Pour the 2-2 qt bags over browned beef. Cover and place in a 350°F oven for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally until beef is tender.
