Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base
2 oz. Water
1 cup Green Onion, Finely Chopped
1 cup Celery, Finely Chopped
2 cups Green Grapes, Cut in Half
3 lbs. Chicken, Cooked, Diced
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 tsp. Curry Powder
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, Ground
2 tsp. Honey

Recommended Product: 9105 Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base and water, mixing well. Add green onion, celery, grapes and chicken.
  2. In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder, black pepper and honey. Whisk well.
  3. Add to chicken mix and toss to coat. Chill.

Optional Ingredients: Serve with bread or crackers.
