1 1/2 cups Onions, Yellow, Medium Diced
1 1/8 cups Celery, Medium Diced
1 1/4 Gal Water, Hot
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Clam Base
51 oz (1 can) Chopped Sea Clams, Canned, Undrained
1 pouch Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter
4 lbs Potatoes, Peeled, Medium Diced
To taste Salt
To taste White Pepper, Ground

  1. In a 5 gallon soup pot, sauté onions and celery in oil 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add water, Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Clam base and clams in juice; heat to boiling. Add Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter, stirring briskly with a wire whisk until smooth.
  3. Add potatoes and slowly cook 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are just tender.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
