Flatbread pizza with Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 each Any fresh flatbread or pizza dough of your choice
- 2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce
- 1 oz. Proscuitto Ham, pan seared crsip
- 6 slices Vine ripe and yellow tomatoes, sliced very thin
- 10 leaves Arugula, fresh leaves

Preparation Instructions
- Evenly spread Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce over flatbread/pizza dough.
- Top with crisp Proscuitto and tomatoes (or any other toppings of your choice).
- Bake at 400° F or in pizza oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place on a plate.
- Garnish with Arugula leaves.
