Flatbread pizza with Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 each Any fresh flatbread or pizza dough of your choice
  • 2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 oz. Proscuitto Ham, pan seared crsip
  • 6 slices Vine ripe and yellow tomatoes, sliced very thin
  • 10 leaves Arugula, fresh leaves
Preparation Instructions
  1. Evenly spread Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce over flatbread/pizza dough.


  2. Top with crisp Proscuitto and tomatoes (or any other toppings of your choice).


  3. Bake at 400° F or in pizza oven for 8-10 minutes.


  4. Remove from oven and place on a plate.


  5. Garnish with Arugula leaves.
