Grilled Pineapple and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 cups pineapple, fresh peeled, grilled, small diced
  • 5 tomatoes, skinned, deseeded, chopped concassé
  • 1 cup kernel corn, frozen, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. scallions, sliced thin
  • 2 Limes, lime zest, fine grated or chopped
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, fresh
  • 1/2 each jalapeno pepper, deseeded, fine diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic, fresh, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Southwest Base, No MSG Added
Preparation Instructions
  1. In a separate large mixing bowl, combine Pineapple, Tomatoes, Corn, Cilantro, Scallions, Lime Zest and Juice, Jalapeno, Garlic, and Southwest Bases. Blend thoroughly.


  2. For best flavor, prepare, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before use.
