Lobster, Crab, Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base, No MSG Added (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- 8 oz. lobster meat, cooked, small diced
- 8 oz. crab meat - of choice
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, diced
- 2 Tbsp. tarragon, fresh, chopped

Preparation Instructions
- Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, roasted red pepper, Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base, and lemon juice into a food processor. Blend for 20-25 seconds. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Add lobster, crab, artichokes, and tarragon, mixing well.
- Use as a spread on bagels or grilled focaccia seafood or fish sandwiches.
