Lobster, Crab, Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base, No MSG Added (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
  • 8 oz. lobster meat, cooked, small diced
  • 8 oz. crab meat - of choice
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. tarragon, fresh, chopped
Preparation Instructions
  1. Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, roasted red pepper, Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base, and lemon juice into a food processor. Blend for 20-25 seconds. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl.


  2. Add lobster, crab, artichokes, and tarragon, mixing well.


  3. Use as a spread on bagels or grilled focaccia seafood or fish sandwiches.
