Amount Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
6 oz. Chicken Breast, Boneless, Small Diced
1/2 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, Small Diced
1/2 cup Thai Red Peppers, Fine Sliced
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts, Diced
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce
8 each Butter/Red Leaf Lettuce Cups

Recommended Product: 9672 Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce


  1. Sauté chicken in peanut oil until completely cooked.
  2. Add mushrooms, red peppers and water chestnuts. Cook 1 minute.
  3. Blend in Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce.
  4. Serve 4-5 oz of mixture warm on the side of 2 lettuce cups.

Chef's Tips

Substitute shrimp, pork or vegetables for chicken.
