4 oz. Butter, Lightly Salted
8 oz. Onions, Diced
1 lb. Celery, Diced
4 (16-oz.) cans Cream Style Corn, Canned
3 cups Water
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base
2 lbs. Herb Stuffing, Package
1 cup Egg Yolks, Slightly Beaten
1/2 lb. Butter, Melted

Directions

  1. In a 6 qt. sauce pot melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and celery. Sauté over medium heat for 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add water, Gold Label Chicken Base and corn. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn mixture, stuffing and egg yolks. Mix until well blended. Form dough into small balls and place on a greased sheet pan.
  4. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
