Amount Ingredients
1 lb. Salad Shrimp, Cooked
1 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Shrimp Base
3 Tbsp. Ginger, Minced
1/2 cup Chives, Minced
1 Tbsp. Tamari
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 pack of 50 Wonton Skins
1 Egg, Beaten
As Needed Oil for Frying

Recommended Product: 9529 Gold Label Shrimp Base


  1. Purée shrimp along with Gold Label Shrimp Base in a food processor.
  2. Mix shrimp purée with ginger, chives, tamari and pepper.
  3. Lay out 10 wonton skins at a time. Brush edges with egg. Place a small spoonful of shrimp paste in center and fold into triangle shapes. Fry wontons in oil until crisp.
