1 lb. Canned Artichoke Hearts, Rinse, Quartered
1 lb. Fresh Spinach, Blanched, Chilled & Finely Chopped
3 lbs. Herb Boursin cheese
9 oz. Asiago Cheese, Shredded
5 oz. Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Low Sodium Vegetable Base
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
6 oz. Water, Hot

Directions

  1. Reserve 1 ounce of each cheese for topping.
  2. In a 5 qt. mixer combine artichoke hearts, spinach, and remaining cheeses. Mix on low speed for approximately 5 minutes, or until well blended. Scrape bowl periodically.
  3. Dissolve Gold Label Low Sodium Vegetable Base and Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate in hot water. Slowly add to cheese mixture, mix until well blended.
  4. Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish or baking dish. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.
