Ingredients

3 lbs. Chicken Wings
1 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base
8 oz. Water
1 cup Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce
1 oz. Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
1 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
To taste Crushed Red Pepper
To taste Garlic Powder
To taste Black Peppercorn, Fresh Ground

Recommended Product: 9105 Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base

Directions

  1. Place chicken wings in a gallon zip-lock bag.
  2. Heat water and Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base, mixing well. Let cool. Add to chicken wings to make a brine.
  3. Add hot sauce, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, crushed red peppers, garlic powder, and black peppercorn to bag. Seal bag and mix well.
  4. Marinate chicken wings a minimum of 4 hours up to overnight.
  5. Drain chicken wings and place in a pre-oiled pan.
  6. Season the chicken wings with salt and cracked black pepper and sprinkle with hot sauce.
  7. Place in a preheated 425ºF oven for 20 minutes. Turn the wings. Cook for 10 more minutes.

Optional Ingredients: Serve with your favorite side (celery sticks, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing).
