Mayonnaise:
1 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
Burger:
8 oz. Ground Beef Burger
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
1 each Toasted Burger Roll
3 rings Red Onions, Thin Sliced
4 slices Fresh Avocado

Recommended Product: 9667 Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce

Directions

  1. Blend mayonnaise and ¾ cup Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until needed up to 4 days.
  3. Blend ground beef burger with 2 Tbsp. Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
  4. Shape to desired thickness.
  5. Grill, griddle or bake to desired temperature.
  6. Spread flavored mayonnaise on toasted bun and build burger. Serve with 1 oz. Latin Citrus Chili Flavored Ketchup (recipe online) on the size.

Optional Ingredients: Serve with fries and 1 oz. Latin Citrus Chili Flavored Ketchup on the side (see recipe online).

Chef's Tips

Substitute beef with turkey, chicken or veggie burger. For preformed burgers, brush on Gold Label Latin-Citrus Chili Sauce to taste.
