Ingredients

6 oz. Smoked Pork Shoulder, Cooked, Pulled, Hot (3 ea., 2 oz.)
3 ea Pepper Jack Cheese (1/2 Slices)
1/2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeno Relish
3 ea 3" Slider Rolls, Toasted

Directions

  1. Butter the inside of the bun halves and place on a hot griddle until lightly toasted, then remove and reserve.
  2. To assemble the sliders, place 2 oz. of hot pulled pork on each of the slider bun bottoms; top each with the pepper jack cheese, 1 tsp. of the Gold Label Jalapeno Relish, and then the top bun.

Chef's Tips

Add 1 Tbsp. of Custom Culinary® Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade to the hot pulled pork for a unique bacon onion flavor layer.
