Amount Ingredients
Drunken Jalapeno Relish
16 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeno Relish
1 oz. Tequila
Avocado Torta Burger
6 oz. Ground Beef Burger
3/4 oz. Colby Jack Cheese
1 oz. Avocado, Peeled, Sliced
1 1/2 oz. Red Onion, Sliced
1/2 oz. Leaf Lettuce
1 ea Torta Roll, Toasted

  1. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the Drunken Jalapeno Relish. Cover and set aside until needed.
  2. Preheat a flat top griddle to 350°F. Place the beef patty on preheated grill. Cook for a total of approx. 12 – 14 minutes turning 3 times to assure even cooking. Always cook to well done, 165°F internal temperature measured by a meat thermometer.
  3. While the burger is cooking, butter the inside of the bun halves and place on the hot griddle until lightly toasted, then remove and reserve.
  4. To assemble the burger, place the cooked burger patty on the bottom bun, add the Colby Jack cheese, top with Drunken Jalapeno Relish, red onion and lettuce.
  5. Add the toasted top bun.
