Amount Ingredients
4 oz. Beef Burger Patty
3 oz. Sheboygan Brat, Grilled, Sliced Lengthwise, Hot
1 oz. Onions, Sliced Thin, Crisp Fried
3/4 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce
1 ea. Kimmelweck Roll, Toasted or Bun of Your Choice

  1. Preheat a flat top griddle to 350°F. Place the beef patty on preheated grill. Cook for a total of approx. 6-8 minutes turning 3 times to assure even cooking. Always cook to well done, 165°F internal temperature measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. While the burger is cooking, butter the inside of the bun halves and place on the hot griddle until lightly toasted, then remove and reserve.
  3. To Assemble the Burger: Place the cooked burger patty on the bottom bun. Add the cooked sliced brat, pickle chips and fried onions. Top with the Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce and add the top bun.

Chef's Tips

Substitute your favorite grilled or beer poached bratwurst for your unique twist on this classic.
