1/2 cup Papaya or Mango, Fresh, Peeled, Small Diced
1/8 cup Red Bell Pepper, Small Diced
1/8 cup Green Bell Pepper, Small Diced
1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, blend thoroughly.
  2. Cover and chill in refrigerator until needed.

Optional Ingredients: For a spicier version, add 1-2 Tbsp. of chopped fresh jalapeños.
