3 lbs. Green Chilies, Canned, Chopped
1 cup Onion, Chopped Fine
3 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate
1 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base

Directions

  1. Combine milk and half-and-half in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepot, over low heat, combine milk mixture, cheese, chilies, onion, Gold Label Chicken Base and Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate.
  3. Stir constantly until cheese is melted. Reserve.
