2 cups Mayonnaise
2 cups Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 cup Roasted Red Pepper, Peeled
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, Fresh
8 oz. Lobster Meat, Cooked, Small Diced
8 oz. Crab Meat - of Choice
1 cup Artichoke Hearts, Diced
2 Tbsp. Tarragon, Fresh, Chopped

Directions

  1. Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, roasted red pepper, Gold Label Lobster Base, and lemon juice into a food processor. Blend for 20-25 seconds. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add lobster, crab, artichokes and tarragon, mixing well.
