2 cups Sun-dried Apricots
6 oz. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate
5 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Mirepoix Base
1 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
6 Tbsp. Green Onions
1 cup Apple Juice
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice

  1. Purée all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Finely chop cilantro and green onions.
  3. Combine all ingredients from steps 1 and 2 and mix with whisk. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
