Amount Ingredients
1 lb. Penne Pasta, Cooked, Chilled
2 cups Grape Tomatoes, Fresh
1 cup Olives, Kalamata, Chopped
1 cup Ham, Small Diced
2 cups Artichokes, Canned, Drained, Quartered
1 cup English Cucumbers, Peeled, Cut Lengthwise, Sliced
1 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled
2 Tbsp. Basil, Fresh, Chopped

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss pasta, tomatoes, olives, ham, artichokes, and cucumbers.
  2. In a separate small mixing bowl, blend balsamic vinaigrette and Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce.
  3. Add vinaigrette blend into pasta mixture.
  4. Garnish with feta cheese and fresh basil.
