Ingredients

1 qt. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce
14 oz. Coconut Milk
1 cup Lime Juice, Fresh
1 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil

Recommended Product: 9672 Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce, coconut milk, lime juice, and vegetable oil. Blend well.
  2. Chill.

Optional Ingredients: May substitute any citrus juice for the lime juice.

Chef's Tips

Can be served cold or warmed as a dressing/sauce for salad, slaw, grilled meats, fish, seafood or vegetables. Adding fresh Cilantro makes a great fresh garnish.
