Amount Ingredients
2 lbs. Chinese/Napa Cabbage, Thin Sliced
2 1/2 cups English Cucumber, Peeled, Cut in Half Lengthwise, Sliced Thin
1/2 cup Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped Fine
1 cup Carrots, Shredded or Julienne Cut
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, cucumber, cilantro, and carrots.
  2. Pour Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce over slaw and toss to evenly coat.
  3. Chill for one hour before serving.

Chef's Tips

Serve with any Asian style grilled or roasted meat or fish. Great slaw to serve with Asian flavored fish tacos.
