2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 gal. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Chervil, Minced
3 Tbsp. Chives, Minced

Directions

  1. Place mustard, pepper, Gold Label Lobster Base and lemon juice in a blender on medium speed.
  2. While blender is running, slowly pour in olive oil to emulsify.
  3. Add chervil and chives. Adjust seasoning.
