Lime Basil Thai Red Curry Butter:
1 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
1/8 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbsp. Lime Zest
4 Tbsp. Regular or Thai Basil, Fresh, Chopped
3/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce
Char-Grilled Top Sirloin Steak:
2 oz. Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Strips
1 oz. Mushrooms, Thick Sliced
1 each 8 oz. Grilled Top Sirloin, Medium Rare Cooked
3 Tbsp Lime Basil Thai Red Curry Butter (See Recipe Instructions Above)

Recommended Product: 9672 Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce

Directions

  1. To make Lime Basil Thai Red Curry Butter: Blend butter, lime juice, lime zest, basil and Gold Label Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce. Hold refrigerated for up to 5 days until needed.
  2. Quickly sauté peppers and mushrooms in 1 Tbsp. Lime Basil Thai Red Curry Butter for 30-45 or until tender.
  3. Garnish top of steak with peppers, mushrooms and remaining 2 Tbsp. Lime Basil Thai Red Curry Butter.

Optional Ingredients: Place steak on a bed of 4 oz. mushroom mashed potatoes.
